John J. Turchi, Jr.

John J. Turchi, Jr. attended Temple University Business School from 1959-1963. Since 1965 he has operated his own company, Turchi Inc., and has been involved in every phase of the real estate business. He pyramided his initial investment into a multi-million dollar real estate operation with principal interests in housing development and commercial rental properties, including shopping centers and office buildings. Mr. Turchi achieved profitability and organizational growth objectives through the application of a comprehensive knowledge of real estate markets.

In 1973, Mr. Turchi founded Turchi Investment Management Corporation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a highly reputable and financially viable organization with a management portfolio of over 4,000 units. Turchi Investment Management Corporation provided property management services for residential and commercial tenants throughout the tri-state area. Mr. Turchi established a reputation by implementing competitive pricing strategies and creative cost controls to insure optimum occupancy levels.

That same year, Mr. Turchi founded Nationwide Mortgage Service Company, which provided real estate financial support services to commercial and residential markets and enabled him to establish and maintain a loyal client base. Nationwide Mortgage Service Company was accountable for a mortgage portfolio in the millions and developed effective mortgagee/mortgagor relationships, innovative collection procedures and excellent service quality.

Most recently, Mr. Turchi has acquired Historic B-Type Office Buildings in the Philadelphia area and has successfully converted four properties into luxury apartments containing approximately 360 apartment units.
